Undercover Chef Tip – Bread

The end of a loaf of bread in our house is always a bit stale as we tend to forget about it. So what to do with these sad kitchen remnants? Bread crumbs!

To make into bread crumbs fully dry out the bread ends or loaf offcuts in a low oven – 150 degrees until toasted and dry

Add to a food processor bowl and process until fine crumbs form. Place in airtight container and use as needed
