We decide on a menu together
We can buy the ingredients together (so you know what to look for)
I make most of the meal – in your own kitchen – and explain what I’m doing as I go
I show you how to polish it off – put the sauce on, plate it up, etc.
You can have a shower and get ready, knowing I’m in the kitchen checking the food
I can leave before your guest(s) arrive
You present it to your guests
They love it
You receive the accolade…until you let slip that you had a little help
Prices start at $65/hr + ingredients and travel
STRESS FREE AND CONCISE
Create your signature
Master a dish of ingredients you are comfortable with a stress-free simple dish – with the twist of some clever elements are sure to impress those at your table. Like to have a whole new repertoire? We can create a menu of dishes that become your ‘go to’ when family, friends or colleagues are coming over. What if a fabulous dinner party is just one lesson away?
Here's how it works:
We find ingredients you are comfortable with
I show you some different recipes/menu’s that would suit these ingredients
You choose what you’d love to learn
I teach you the tricks of the trade and how to present the dish like a pro
You get to graduate with your signature dish ready to whip out and surprise your guests
No one has to know ‘how on earth you learnt how to make this’. It can be our little secret

Want to feel genuinely proud? How fabulous would it feel to KNOW that you did actually make the meal yourself? It can be done.
Here's how it works:
We have some practice ‘runs’ of the meal in your own kitchen (without anyone else knowing)
On the night of the dinner (or morning of the lunch) I’ll be with you to ensure you are doing everything right (without anyone else knowing), right up to plating stage
You can have a shower and get ready, knowing I’m in the kitchen checking the food
I leave before your guest(s) arrive
You present it to your guests
They love it
You receive the accolade – and feel genuinely proud of yourself
