CHOCOLATE CRACKLES
Ingredients
- 100g coconut oil
- 100g copha
- ¾ cup icing sugar
- 4 cups puffed rice
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp cocoa
Method
- In a large bowl mix the puffed rice, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa together
- Carefully melt the copha and coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat
- Pour over the rice bubble mix and mix well
- Spoon into muffin cases and freeze for 5 minutes then refrigerate until set (approx. 20 minutes)
