Ingredients
6 eggs, hardboiled and peeled
1 tbsp mayonaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chopped parlsey
1 teaspoon water
Method
- Using a teaspoon, scoop yolks of eggs into a bowl. Using a fork, lightly mash.
- Add mayonaise and a little water and mix to paste consistency
- Stir in curry powder and chopped parsley
- Season with salt and pepper
- Spoon into egg halves and chill until required
- Enjoy!
